Mexico.- Yesterday the Senate of the Republic, approved, a series of reforms to the Federal Copyright Law, which directly affect what is shared on the Internet, because according to this any content can unsubscribe if there is a request for “any third party” must unsubscribe from it, since it claims that its copyright is being violated.
This reform to the Copyright Act motivates that any publication can be removed without having the prior mandate of a judicial authority, i.e. it will be automatically removed because it could violate someone else’s copyright.

On the reform of the Copyright Law it is established that content uploaded to the internet must be unsubscribed, through a request from a third party that says that their copyright is being infringed.
Therefore it is the obligation of any platform to unsubscribe any internet content designated as potential harm to copyright, this without express representation by a judicial authority in Mexico.
