translated from Spanish: They threaten nurse in Durango; they accuse her of having COVID

A nurse was threatened with being burned in Durango state, accused of allegedly falling ill with COVID.
Through social media, it was disclosed that on the facade of the health worker’s house they spray-wrote the phrase “you have COVID. We’d burn you where we see you” (sic).

The Durango Prosecutor’s Office reported that after hearing the case, staff of the unit went to the house to raise the corresponding complaint, so they are already investigating the assault.
In this regard, the Durango State Service Workers Federation (FSTSE) condemned the threats to the nurse, and called for “the last consequences for him or those responsible to be punished as required by law.”

As a representative of the Workers to the State Service, we strongly condemn the threat to which our fellow nurse from the Ministry of Health was subjected.
Kind regards

David Ozeda Soto, general secretary of the FSTSE State Committee, said they will follow up and seek sanctions for these “cowardly actions” against health personnel.
For his part, Governor José Aispuro told the battered nurse and health personnel that they will not allow acts of violence against them, and that their safety will be ensured.

I will not tolerate any aggression on health personnel. They deserve our full support because they are the ones who have taken care of everyone’s health and life. I have instructed the @DgoFiscalia to do everything necessary to ensure its safety. I’m with you. pic.twitter.com/WcmO3RCPWG
