The Institute of Health for Welfare (Insabi) donated 15,765 presidential plane draw tickets to tabasco’s Ministry of Health.
State Health Secretary Silvia Roldán Fernández, representing Governor Adam Augusto López Hernández, received tickets from the raffle to be held on September 15. 
Victor Manuel Lamoyi, head of the National Coordination of Administration and Finance of Insabi said that 1,051 tickets will be distributed among the public hospitals of the state, including units of IMSS, ISSSTE, ISSET, Ministry of Health, Navy, National Defense and Pemex.

Secretary Roldán Fernández stressed the importance of the presidential plane raffle donation initiative to benefit hospitals that have been on the front line against the coronavirus. 
This initiative is that if any hospitals that have provided COVID-19 care are rifa-winning, they can use the prize money to strengthen their equipment, facilities and infrastructure, medicines, healing equipment and medical supplies. 
According to Victor Manuel Lamoyi, in case any hospital gets a prize from the draw, the next step will be the formation of a committee inside the nosocomio to decide, with transparency and control schemes, what they will spend the money on.

The official explained that President López Obrador provided that the equivalent of the value of the presidential plane, about 2 billion pesos, will be distributed in 100 prizes of 20 million pesos each.
It is estimated that around 2.5 billion pesos will be obtained in profit from ticket sales and this amount will be earmarked to strengthen the national health sector.
