Two weeks after a possible resumption of flights, the Government closed an agreement with the pilots of Aerolíneas Argentinas and Austral in view of the merger of both companies. The agreement “will improve flight scheduling, unify operational criteria and make organizational structure more efficient,” Aerolíneas said in a statement. From this agreement, the pilots’ work will be carried out “under the same rules and criteria, their ladders will be integrated and their union representation unified”, which will “improve fleet productivity”.
