Jalisco prosecutor Gerardo Octavio Solís Gómez reported on the arrest last Friday of 11 municipal policemen, for his alleged responsibility for the crime of enforced disappearance of 8 people. The apprehensions, he noted, were supported by the Army in simultaneous operations.
At the police station in the municipality of Autlán de Navarro, two policemen were arrested for the enforced disappearance of 4 people in 2018.
In Teocaltiche, three policemen and 1 civilian were arrested for the enforced disappearance of 2 people in 2020.
Finally, in San Pedro Tlaquepaque, 6 policemen were arrested for their alleged responsibility for the disappearance of 2 people in 2019.

Solís Gómez said they still have to complete more arrest warrants, for cases of enforced disappearance.
Detained policemen were made available to control judges.
