Garza cites what was said by the National Health Movement in a statement detailing the causes that led them to file the complaint against Piedra Ibarra detailing that 781 days have passed without the infants receiving their chemo and that about 1,600 children have lost their lives. In addition, the document submitted to the FGR highlights that 552 complaints have already been made about the dissuscance of these drugs, which have been ignored by the CNDH, showing that “the CDNH advocates for an omisa and overlapping convenience”.
