Mexico City.- In response to the “unfair and unsustainable legal support” resolution issued by the National Electoral Institute (INE) in postponing the validity of its registration as a candidate for the michoacan bernatura by the Juntos Do Historia coalition, Raúl Morón Orozco initiated the legal route with which it will seek to defend the political rights of michoacans, as well as to ensure the political, social and economic transformation that demands the current reality of the state.
This route in defence of the impartiality, legality and transparency of the present electoral process began at the headquarters of the INE, where Raúl Morón Orozco, as state coordinator in Defense of the Fourth Transformation, filed an appeal to prevent the violation of the political-electoral rights of citizens seeking to claim the socio-economic direction of the state in the next elections.
“Today I came as a citizen to the National Electoral Institute to present an appeal to combat the unfair decision they made there, attacking the political rights of the Michoacans fighting for the transformation of Michoacán,” he said, referring to the moment of ruling against a resolution that, motivated by political interests, undermines against national democracy.

By saying grateful to the thousands of michoacans who have condemned the decision made by the INE, and in turn supporting the entry of the Fourth Transformation into Michoacán, through his figure as state coordinator of this nation project, Raúl Morón said confident that, “the Electoral Tribunal of the Judiciary of the Federation (TEPJF) will reverse the inE’s erroneous and illegal resolution in a timely manner, so that the impartiality of the following elections is not compromised.”
“We are convinced that we will be able to start our campaign in a timely way once the Electoral Court reverses the INE’s decision, 4T will be a reality in Michoacán, we are sure that nothing stops us anymore!” he emphasized.
Raúl Morón insisted that, prior to the resolution of the Electoral Court, he will continue to tour the state as state coordinator in Defense of the Fourth Transformation, under the firm intention of strengthening the scope of the project that was built by the President of the Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
