A review judge issued the precautionary measure of informal pre-trial detention against Hector ‘H’ for the duration of the criminal proceedings. And there will be two months to close the investigation.
Hector ‘N’ was arrested by quintana Roo authorities on 30 March.
On March 27, four Tulum policemen resulted in the death of Victoria Esperanza Salazar Arriaza after subduing her to the ground.
The four officers were admitted to a penalty and made available to a judge for their likely involvement in femicide.
Victoria, 36, was originally from El Salvador and arrived in Mexico in 2016 applying for protection. I was accompanied by his daughters, who were 11 and 10 at the time.
On 31 March, the Q Roo Prosecutor’s Office reported that the eldest of them, now 16, voluntarily appeared in the Public Prosecutor’s Office and was in the custody of the state unit.
