It also recalled that the draft agreement amending labour-related laws would regulate the outsourcing of services other than the social object and economic activity of enterprises.
“With this agreement to eliminate outsourcing, workers will be guaranteed employment benefits, as outsourcing means less pay, more work, and no benefits,” he said.
Finally, it welcomed the elimination as a major step forward for workers’ rights, so that companies have greater joint responsibility for their employees, who would also benefit from the possible 156% increase in the amount of profit-sharing.
