The Social Instant Messaging Network WhatsApp has incorporated a pack of stickers (so-called stickers) so that users can express feelings – of joy, relief or hope – related to Covid-19 vaccines. It has done so, as reported today by this network, in collaboration with the World Health Organization, and with the aim that users can in a “creative and fun” way connect with others and share in a private way the feelings that have regarding the vaccine. The network has further emphasized that the incorporation of these drawings has been done to express gratitude and recognition to all health professionals who worked during the toughest moments of the life-saving pandemic. The new “stickers” package that has included the network is named “Vaccines for All”, the company has reported, which has stressed that since the start of the crisis the company has joined forces with governments and international organizations such as WHO or UNICEF to provide helplines on the Covid-19 for its 2 billion users to have access to resources and accurate and rigorous information.
