“That’s why we ask every doctor, doctor, nurse and nurse in Jalisco to keep an eye on official social media where, as the federal government decides to restart the process, we will report the new vaccination dates and locations,” Alfaro wrote.
In the letter to the Secretary of Health of Jalisco, Sedena notes that “according to instructions from the federal government, I allow myself to request that the vaccination process be rescheduled in what is carried out the full validation of health personnel in mention on the corresponding platform”.

Prior to this announcement, Jalisco had reported that health personnel would be vaccinated in the public institutions where they work, as well as at the Benito Juárez Auditorium in Zapopan, in the case of those in the private sector.
