Germany.- A nurse in Germany was investigated on Sunday after she admitted to having exchanged the coronavirus vaccine for a saline solution in six cases because she wanted to cover up that she had dropped a bottle of BionTech/Pfizer.The authorities are now urgently asking 200 people who were inoculated at the German Red Cross vaccination center in Friesia last Wednesday who showed up for antibody testing to determine which six people did not receive the vaccine.

Wilhelmshaven/Friesland police in northern Germany said in a statement that they had opened an investigation into possible “bodily harm” by the nurse, while stressing that saline does not pose a health risk to those affected.

She confessed her action to a colleague, who sounded the alarm on Saturday. “The woman said the reason for her action was to avoid having to inform anyone about the bottle that had fallen,” the statement says. The local district has established a hotline for people who were vaccinated on the day of the incident to show up and be tested.
