Sinaloa.- The brothers Kevin Alfredo Valdez Meza, 13 years old, and Jesus Vicente Manjarrez Valdez, 15 years old, left at 15:00 hours last Monday from their home in the Jesus Valdez neighborhood of the city of Culiacan, Sinaloa, and went to the Bicentennial colony, they were traveling on a motorcycle, explained a relative, they marked them after 16:00 hours and said that they were already coming back but did not arrive.
