And what we think with Marcelo is that Charly is not just anymore musician, he is one of our most important musicians. And this mural is a hug to Charly for all that she gave us.” The law says that you can not designate streets with names of people before ten years after his death however this tribute has already obtained a petition on the platform Change.org to gather signatures on the subject.
