After conducting a study and interviewing the flight attendants, they worked on a new image based on five changes: the skirts have been replaced by a pant suit with Italian eco-friendly leather trench coats; the heels will not be part of the uniform, instead they will wear comfortable and ergonomic shoes; wear a sky blue silk handkerchief on the coat; the makeup will be inspired by the sunrise and the bun will no longer be needed.
