Alleged femicide of a girl arrested in Mazatlan, Sinaloa

Mazatlan.- Elements of the Attorney General’s Office of the State completed an arrest warrant against “A”, accused of the crime of Feminicide Aggravated by Relationship of Kinship by Affinity in tort of a minor, occurred on December 19 in the colony 12 de Mayo in Mazatlan, Sinaloa.The Court of Control and Criminal Prosecution issued the order at the request of the Agency of the Public Ministry Specialized in Violence against Women, trafficking in Persons and Groups in a Situation of Vulnerability, after collecting the evidence that relates the detainee to the events in which a girl was deprived of her life. For these facts, the investigation folder 463/2021 was initiated, where it is reported that, at 1:30 p.m. on December 19, 2021, the C4 report was received that there was a female person, without vital signs inside a house located in the 12 de Mayo neighborhood.During the time established by law, the experts and the collection of evidence necessary to request the arrest of “A”, who is accused of aggravated femicide by reason of kinship by affinity of the minor of 13 years.
