The judgment SRE-PSC-33/2022, published in the president’s account, was issued for “the existence of infractions consisting of the dissemination of personalized promotion and improper use of public resources, by the organization, celebration and dissemination on December 1, 2021 of the event Message to the Nation 3 years of Government 2018-2021”.
The document indicates that López Obrador issued a speech that was broadcast on social media accounts and the official website of the Government of Mexico and the president himself, as well as on different radio and television stations with coverage in Aguascalientes, Durango, Oaxaca and Tamaulipas, entities that at that date had already begun electoral processes.
