The shot in the back that came to the Republican Party after the accusation against the conventional Elisa Giustinianovich

A complaint in the Electoral Service for alleged breach of the law that regulates political campaigns, against the conventional constituent Elisa Giustinianovich Campos and communication professionals who support her work was presented on Monday by the regional councilor of the Republican Party in Magallanes, Alejandro Riquelme Ducci. This, due to the distribution of a newsletter in public places, and the issuance of a weekly program of civic content related to the process, which would be out of time. 
Before the complaint, the conventional, his team of advisors, the Social Coordinator of Magallanes, the Regional Council of the College of Journalists and ANEF Magallanes, explained through a public statement why they would not be working outside the law, also accusing the Republican militant of harassment. In it, they assure that these actions are part of “the obligations that the conventional ones have to disseminate the constituent process, with the aim of sharing “reliable and contrasted information about the norms that are being approved, which also serves to counteract the campaign of false news and misrepresentations that a political sector -minority in the Convention, but majority in the ownership of mass media – it is carrying forward.” 
In legal terms, Giustinianovich affirmed that “all information and opinion that we deliver during this stage prior to the delivery of the draft of the New Constitution, is within the framework of the exercise of our freedom of expression without prior censorship.” Specifically, the declaration cites Decree with the Force of Law No. 2, which establishes the consolidated, coordinated and systematized text of the Constitutional Organic Law on Popular Votes and Counts No. 18,700. “Electoral propaganda, for the purposes of this law, shall mean any public event or demonstration and advertising.” In contrast, its second paragraph states that: 
“Electoral propaganda shall not be understood as the dissemination of ideas or information about political acts carried out by natural persons. Neither will those activities that the public authorities carry out in the exercise of their office, nor those usual non-electoral activities typical of the functioning of the political parties constituted or in formation”.
Finally, they affirm that “the right to information is a human right, and limiting its exercise is a danger to democracy. Therefore, we strongly refute this act of political persecution and we demand that those who stand as overseers of public administration and probity, use the platform offered by their position with ethics and responsibility, because otherwise they become instruments of disinformation, so typical of those who defend the Campaign of Rejection”.
