“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” will have functions dedicated to deaf and hard of hearing people

We are one day away from the pre-premiere, and two days away from the official premiere of “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”, the new marvel Studios film, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen, who return in the skin of their characters as the Wizard of the Mystic Arts and Wanda Maximoff or his alter ego,  In this climate of euphoria on the part of its fans, who hope that the film directed by Sam Raimi (creator of the first trilogy of “Spider-Man”, with Tobey Maguire), will be a real spectacle, Argentine cinemas announced that there will be functions dubbed into Spanish with descriptive subtitles aimed at people who are deaf, hard of hearing and / or hearing impaired.

These screenings, known as descriptive subtitles or “Open Caption, will include the transcription of dialogues in Spanish, along with additional interpretive information such as character identification, description of sound effects and musical references.

It is the first Marvel Studios film with horror elements, which will take up the events of “Doctor Strange” (2016), while at the same time continuing the events after “Spider-Man: No Way Home” and “WandaVision” (2021).
