He attacked her, kidnapped her and was released: “Do you have to stab me to go to prison?”

“Anger, anguish, sadness,” were the three words with which Macarena Bogado described how he feels after his former partner and aggressor, Adrián Jeremías Marcos, whom he denounced and was detained, was released on Monday. Today I woke up with the news and was gripped by a crisis. I honestly cannot understand Justice. I can’t figure it out. He must now surely be laughing and saying ‘he becomes the victim’ but not of myself but of the whole country. Do you have to stab or kill me to go to prison?” asked the young woman who works as a police officer in the Buenos Aires town of Tigre in statements to América Noticias.

On Monday, the journalist Mauro Szeta disseminated through his official Twitter account, the judicial resolution that declares Marcos free, who in addition to subjecting her to episodes of physical and psychological violence kept her locked in her home, claiming that “she has no conviction record.”
“Now I’m uneasy again. He knows my house, my car. I said it in all the channels: it’s dangerous, it had me locked up,” Macarena Bogado after his aggressor Adrián Jeremías Marcos was released.

However, “not being alien to this Magistrate the details that would have surrounded the events of the deal” -details the statement- was imposed as part of his “special obligations” two perimeter restrictions: he can not approach less than 300 meters from bogado’s home (both the current one and the one where he came to move), nor less than 100 meters from it, as well as “maintaining contact by any means and / or way”.

“Okay, I now have the button (anti-panic), a perimeter of 300 meters, and another of 100 but it is the same, he has two causes apart from this,” Bogado said, even responding to the alleged lack of background that the judge considered. ” Now I am restless again. He knows my house, my car. I said it on all channels: it’s dangerous, it had me locked up,” she said, adding that other girls who went through situations of violence, “must be watching and wondering: ‘now how do we do?’ ‘Why do I denounce, if he goes free?'”

“They saw him today on the street,” said the young woman, who also denounced that Marcos’ family covers up his deeds. “Do they take it out for money?” he asked. At the same time that he warned: “They have weapons in the house”, which alludes precisely to one of the violent episodes that the young woman told, where he threatens her while pointing at her. Macarena managed to give notice to a co-worker about the violence she was going through, during the early hours of Sunday, after Marcos beat her and left her injured one eye and part of her face, and left her locked in the home.
