It’s time for regeneration

Hyperinflation, fertilizer and food shortages, the climate emergency, droughts and the complex global energy scenario are expressions of the great systemic crisis we are witnessing. In the words of biologist Daniel Wahl, we are witnessing the collapse of a system that no longer serves us.
Indeed, the development model we have designed has not considered the ecological limits of the planet and has positioned humanity as an antagonist of nature, moving towards an ever closer civilizational collapse. But can we choose a different path? At the same time of the systemic collapse mentioned by Wahl, in many corners of the planet and of our country, a new paradigm is emerging that invites us to build a system that integrates us into nature and that will be the basis of a civilization whose principle will be “the ethics of the earth”.
Regenerative development offers alternatives to develop human activities and at the same time regenerate what has been degraded. Nature tends to abundance intrinsically and this has been understood by those who today are working on regenerative agricultural techniques, in the installation of edible forests, in livestock and grazing, in the cultivation of algae, and also at a social and even organizational level.
A regenerative movement is born from the bottom up, with a cultural change that leads us to reconnect with nature, with communities and with ourselves.
