Despega Mipe 2022: meet the program that provides training for entrepreneurs of micro and small businesses

The “Despega Mipe” program of the Sence (National Training and Employment Service) is a support to the training of workers, owners, partners and legal representatives of micro and small enterprises.
This aid is present in all regions of Chile and is delivered free of charge so that people have knowledge in the areas that are of direct impact on their daily functions, within a business.
That is why the program provides training in Basic and Financial Accounting, Electronic Invoicing, Electronic Commerce and Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation for Mipes, and Social Media Management, among other 40 courses that includes “Despega Mipe” 2022.
On this, the Undersecretary of Labor, Giorgio Boccardo, said that “as a Government and Ministry, we are very happy to see how the joint work between effort and entrepreneurship. Sence’s programs allow very concrete results, and they are an excellent help for everyone to undertake.”
The courses have no cost and will be taught in face-to-face, e-learning and semi-face-to-face mode, between 20 and 200 hours. Its quotas are eight thousand vacancies, of which 1,200 are already enabled in the different regions of the country.
According to T13, the premiere of the initiative was held in the mis Dulces Princesitas cafeteria in Talagante by the entrepreneur Judith Lasmar, who did the Despega Mipe courses in Banqueting and digital marketing, as well as others.
“I never had the opportunity to study, so these courses were very important to me. I learned how to take costs and manage social media. The work of the entrepreneur is enough, but dreams are fulfilled,” said Lasmar.
It should be noted that these courses include personal accident insurance and enabling leave or certification, as appropriate. Likewise, whoever passes a training will receive a diploma from the Sence that accredits it.
The requirements to apply
-Be a worker, owner, partner or legal representative of a micro or small company.
-Have annual income from sales, services and other activities of the draft that do not exceed 25,000 U.F. in the last calendar year.

They will not be able to apply to Despega Mipe
-Freelancers and individuals who are participating in any training course funded by Sence, or enrolled or performing the Labor Practice Phase in any of the programs administered by Sence, with the exception of online courses.
