The ex-husband of Abril Pérez Sagaón, Juan Carlos “N”, would have offered 180 thousand pesos to the material author of the femicide, which occurred on November 25, 2019.

The alleged perpetrator also expressed regret for the crime to the victim’s family.
Héctor Pérez, a lawyer for Abril’s family, said the statements are evidence that will allow the case to move forward and serve as a reminder to the Attorney General’s Office (FGJ) that Juan Carlos remains at large.
