“Planners”: this is what Celeste Cid looks like as Bárbara Diez in the biopic series

Celeste Cid will tell the story of event organizer Bárbara Diez, who in turn participates as a producer of the project. It is a series that is about to premiere on the Star+ platform, which according to what its filmmakers advance, “portrays the challenges and problems faced by an event organization agency when planning an unforgettable celebration”.

Detail that Diez expanded, from his social networks where he announced more information about the project: “Although it is not my biography, ‘Planners’ tells in a wonderful way the B-Side of the celebrations. What is not seen but that is part of the planning, coordination and organization of the parties”.

In the last hours, Star+ revealed the first official image of the biopic that shows the characterization of Celeste Cid, accompanied by her colleague, Leticia Siciliani. Both will share the cast with talents such as Guillermo Pfenning, Gonzalo Valenzuela and more. The series finished filming in early June. This had been announced by Diez through their social networks, where they highlighted the work of the production, and especially of the protagonist: “Planners is ready. What a great actress you are Celeste. What a pleasure to work with such talents at all levels: acting, artistic, directing, production, post-production, location and various professional areas.”

Directed by Daniel Barone and with Sol Lopatín in the direction of photography, “Planners” arrives “very soon” on the Star+ platform, which this month premieres another national production inspired by real events: “Santa Evita”.
