Mexico has four consecutive days with more than 30,000 cases

With 32,195 new cases of COVID-19, this Saturday Mexico linked four consecutive days reporting more than 30,000 infections.
Yesterday the highest number of cases was registered in what is already considered the fifth wave of infections in the country, with 32,569 people infected with COVID-19.
So far, 6,249,983 cases have been detected in Mexico since the beginning of the epidemic.

In its daily technical report, the Ministry of Health estimates 226,859 active cases, for presenting signs and symptoms of the disease in the last 14 days.
In addition, the agency confirmed 55 more deaths from COVID, so at least 326 thousand 77 deaths recognized by the disease.

Mexico recorded its first case of COVID-19 on February 28, 2020. The first death was detected on March 18 of the same year.
Authorities say vaccination has helped protect the population, so most of the disease already tend not to be serious.
