Manuel has his business in Los Mochis

Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- Manuel Arturo Gracia Serrano was born in 1964 in Delicias, Chihuahua; however, at the age of two, his parents emigrated to this city of Los Mochis, where they settled and where their family life has developed with ups and downs. He said his father was a military officer and his mother a nurse. Both formed a family and established a butcher shop as a business for the sustenance of the family.  “When I was about 10 years old, my father took me to the butcher’s shop, where he only helped run errands, look for backpacks, take the bags to customers and so, little by little I learned until I started cutting the meat,” he emphasized.  Don Manuel pointed out that after the years had passed, his father set aside the butcher shop to establish a business selling roast beef tacos, it was then that some time later he resumed the butcher shop and managed to remain stable.  Like his father “I always wanted to be like my dad, not to be a soldier, because I don’t like that, but the side of being a merchant, because I learned the job of butcher well. I’m doing well, I can’t complain and if you do things because you like it, what better,” he said.
