The national leader of Morena, Mario Delgado, warned that in those cases where haulage is reported during the election day of state councilors of the party and there is evidence, the vote of that district will be annulled.
After the report was reported to have people taken to the polling stations, he indicated that where there is a report, a complaint will be filed with the Honesty and Justice Commission and together with the Elections Commission, it will be evaluated if the call was complied with and if it was a free election or not.
From the Sala de Armas, in Iztacalco, where he went to cast his vote, Delgado warned that the old practices that were made in other parties will not be allowed to be applied in Morena.
He added that the vote for a candidate will not be allowed to be conditioned either.
“It has to be a free, democratic participation that the people decide. In those where we have the report that there was hauling and we have evidence, complaints will be filed … and we could make decisions, where we find evidence, the vote in that district would be annulled,” he said.
He explained that in Puebla there was an incident where a group of 20 people to try to prevent the vote and tore off some electoral stationery, but that they protected 90% of the electoral stationery and the vote was restored.

Election of Morena
The party founded by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador will elect the members of its highest decision-making body.
The choice takes place between statements by Senator Ricardo Monreal and militant at the end of him who accuse exclusion of founders and militants; while the leadership of Mario Delgado points out that there are those who act against the movement.
The electoral process takes place this weekend in the country’s 300 electoral districts. In each district, five men and five women will be elected, who, in turn, will become district coordinators and congressmen and state councilors.
