Kicillof questioned Larreta: “She wants to show herself more hawk than Bullrich herself”

In the framework of the internal that juntos por el Cambio is going through, the governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, said that “the hawks were morphed into the pigeons”, in reference to the dispute developed by the head of the Buenos Aires Government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, and the president of PRO, Patricia Bullrich, over the police operation in the house of Vice President Cristina Kirchner.  “Now, Rodríguez Larreta is in a kind of Olympiad to see if she can show more hawk than Bullrich herself. So, Bullrich gets nervous too and we are seeing this shameful display of statements,” in an interview with Radio 10 when referring to the “moderate” and “hard” sectors of the opposition coalition. In this sense, he maintained that there is a frustrated attempt to destabilize the National Government since the resignation of Martín Guzmán, former Minister of Economy: “The opposition practically talked about the government leaving, it was not over. Three villages were passed. I think that also explains a little bit the mood they have and the desperation,” he said.

On the other hand, he questioned Patricia Bullrich and said: “Bullrich says 12 years, one for each year of government, watching over the script they had put together. It’s like when they tell you a joke because someone didn’t understand. They celebrate the legal nonsense and persecution they are doing and how they use the judicial system to persecute.” He also added that JxC “has decided to make a campaign that goes through exacerbating as much as possible the anguish,” and pointed out in the leader of the Civic Coalition, Elisa Carrió, who in the last hours slipped an alleged carrying of weapons by the militants: “I, who in the morning was playing with the boys, had some toys in my pocket.” “I tell you, they try to put together these climates, that’s why I want to base myself on the real situation of what happened,” he concluded.
