The trial for the murder of Fernando Báez Sosa begins

The eight friends are accused of the crimes of “homicide doubly aggravated by treachery and by the premeditated collaboration of two or more people” for the death of Fernando and “minor injuries” suffered by friends of the victim and are expected to be present at most of the hearings. The accused are Máximo Thomsen, Enzo Comelli, Matías Benicelli, Ayrton Viollaz, Blas Cinalli, Luciano, Lucas and Ciro Pertossi who were transferred from the Melchor Romero prison to Prison No. 6 of Dolores on Sunday morning with the idea that they are present in the room of TOC 1.
