The Metro Collective Transportation System reported that the Auditorio stations, on Line 7; as well as Zocalo, of Line 2, will be out of operation in the coming days.
In the case of the Auditorium station, the service will be suspended from this Sunday, January 8, from 12 noon until Tuesday, January 11 in order to serve, so trains will not stop for the ascent and descent of users.

The Zócalo/Tenochtitlan station will be closed on January 9, 10 and 11.

Regarding the Zócalo-Tenochtitlan station, of line 2, it will also be temporarily closed from Monday, January 9 to Wednesday, January 11, during all hours of operation, from 05:00 a.m. to 24:00 p.m.
The Metro asked users to use alternate stations to move in the Historic Center of the CDMX.
So far it is unknown why these stations will remain closed, however it coincides with the arrival of the president of the United States, Joe Biden; as well as Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to Mexico for the Summit of the Americas.
