In the framework of International Women’s Day, this Wednesday, different groups will take to the streets to lead mobilizations and acts raising demands ranging from equal pay to the request for Justice for femicides and the end of all types of gender violence. One of the main activities of the day will be the march to the National Congress that will begin at 4:00 p.m., so a wide traffic perimeter will be compromised. As reported by the Secretariat of Transportation and Public Works of the City, the area of cuts will be between the avenues Córdoba, Leandro N. Alem / Paseo Colón, Belgrano and Combate de los Pozos. The concentration points will be at the Obelisk, Plaza de Mayo, the Supreme Court of Justice and the intersections between Avenida de Mayo and 9 de Julio, Avenida de Mayo and Salta, and Alsina and Entre Ríos. Meanwhile, there will be different detours for vehicles and public transport: direction to the North, by Sarandí, Belgrano and Paseo Colón / Leandro N. Alem, and to the South, by Leandro N. Alem, Córdoba and Riobamba.The bus lines that will modify their routes are: 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 – 12 – 22 – 24 – 26 – 28 – 29 – 37 – 39 – 45 – 46 – 50 – 51 – 53 – 56 – 59 – 60 – 61 – 62 – 64 – 70 – 84 – 86 – 90 – 91 – 98 – 100 – 102 – 105 – 111 – 124 – 126 – 129 – 133 – 140 – 143 – 146 – 150 – 151 – 168 – 180.
