The 4th edition of VECINE, Villa Crespo Film Festival began

This Sunday, March 26, with the screening at the Centennial Park Amphitheater, in a beautiful night under the stars attended more than 1400 spectators and the fourth edition of the VECINE Villa Crespo Film Festival was inaugurated.
Thanks to the “Pablo Ducrós Hicken” Film Museum, it was possible to enjoy Argentine Nitrate: a collection of films from the silent period in nitrate support that is part of the integral preservation project of the Film Museum that featured the live music Cocktail Tour, an original music band composed of nine members who perform music for cinema and live performances since 2008.
In this new edition, VECINE continues to bet on a totally national programming of the best independent cinema, with competition of feature films, short films and special functions.
As usual, the festival that returned the cinema to the neighborhood will have in the following venues of our beloved Villa Crespo, special activities and competitions in the DAC (Association of Argentine Film Directors) and the Benito Nazar Club, in front of the homonymous square. As always, the films will have the live presentation of their directors and / or protagonists and all functions will be free and free
On Monday 27, continuing with outdoor activities, a recital was held on the terrace of La Fuerza, Pablo Dacal appeared to share songs belonging to the repertoire of Brassens and Corsini, together with Arsenio Lupin (Mariano Llinás). This Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 we will have the short film competition in the DAC room, located at Vera 559, and then on Thursday 30 at 6 pm a talk with the director Clarisa Navas within the framework of the DAC Gender program.
Finally, the feature film competition will be from Friday 31 to Sunday 2 April with 2 daily performances in the lounge of the Benito Nazar Club, Antezana 340.
