Insfrán questioned Larreta’s “unitarianism”: “When they were in government they took everything from us”

In response to the visit of Horacio Rodríguez Larreta to Formosa on Friday afternoon, Governor Gildo Insfrán was skeptical about the “unitary” ideal of the pre-candidate for president and maintained that in the government of Mauricio Macri “they took everything from us.” The months leading up to the presidential elections come with an incessant rhythm of internal and fights between the different political parties, but one fight that lasts over time and shows no signs of reconciliation is the dispute between Insfrán and the governor of Buenos Aires. After Rodríguez Larreta’s visit, the governor of Formosa spoke out in the solidarity operation “Por Nuestra Gente Todo” against his words. Do not lie, he says that when he is president he will talk to everyone, I know the versito, when Macri was I also talked to him but they took everything from us, even the works in execution, “he said. In that sense, the Formoseño governor remarked that “he came precisely with two people who were the architects of our health protocols being weakened, with the complicity of the one who is now a national deputy and another lady who made the presentations who is a deputy.” Not satisfied with his first criticisms, Insfrán continued his disclaimer through social networks. “They come from the Federal Capital to want to tell us what we Formoseños have to do. They talk about federalism, but they are the most unitary there is. When they were government with Macri, by decree they tripled the co-participation of the CABA that they took from the rest of the provinces,” he said on his Twitter account. In a press conference he gave during his visit, the governor of the city of Buenos Aires pointed out the situation of perpetuity of power, since Insfrán has served as governor since 1995. “I am here to accompany you, to regain freedom in Formosa. We are convinced that we must end the eternal government of Insfrán, so we expect a ruling from the Court that ends that,” he explained.
