Berni, on Emerenciano Sena: “I know him and fought him all my life”

Before, crimes happened that were not seen. I’m on the street every day and I see him all the time,” she said. Regarding the controversy about lowering the age of imputability, Berni said that “in the Province of Buenos Aires today the main problem in criminal matters are minors, it seems that there is a Code that says that they are not imputable and we resign ourselves to continue doing their misdeeds every day.”
