Mexico. – Xöchitl Gálvez Ruiz, pre-candidate for the presidency of the republic, for the alliance of the PAN, PRD and PRI, reproached the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, for stating that the violence in Guanajuato has to do with the increase in drug consumption, but at the same time pointing out that he does not know why these situations have occurred.
While she was at the Museum of Memory and Tolerance, within the framework of the presentation of the book “Mexico, the great transnational nation,” the standard-bearer of the opposition, mentioned that during AMLO’s stay in the presidency, there has never been a study or a survey on addictions.
“The National Addiction Survey has not been conducted for six years and there is a lack of data on drug addiction.”
Regarding the security strategies of the leader of the executive branch, Gálvez Ruiz, I reproach him that his planning of hugs does not work.
“The president should not wash his hands, he has to help because he has all the power of the State, he has the National Guard, which is responsible for fighting criminals, but I insist, if you send them a message that you are going to give hugs to criminals, then there are the consequences of a strategy that was not a strategy.”
On the social networks of the senator on leave, she presented her condolences to the families of the victims of the massacre in Salvatierra.
“Brutal and painful murder of 12 young people in Salvatierra, Guanajuato. There is an urgent need to change the federal government’s security policy. This barbarity cannot continue. No more hugs for criminals and bullets for young people. My condolences and solidarity to the families on this terrible day of mourning.”
