Alfonso Martínez ratifies his registration as a pre-candidate in the facilities of the PRD – MonitorExpresso.com

Morelia, Michoacán.- To the rhythm of banda music, the municipal president of Morelia, Alfonso Martínez Alcazar, walked along the side street of Camelinas Avenue, until he reached the facilities of the PRD Michoacán to ratify his registration with the party of the democratic revolution as a pre-candidate for mayor of Morelia.
At one o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, January thirteenth and accompanied by a group of supporters and militants of the party of the sun, the now pre-candidate, Martínez Alcazar, greeted and took pictures with members of the yellow wave that cheered his name, as they marched through the streets.
During his speech at the PRD building, the mayor formalized his intention to lead the Front towards his re-election, he also had words of gratitude for the PRD leaders, members of his party (PAN), as well as for his wife who always accompanies him in his activities.
“My wife (Paola Delgadillo, president of the DIF in Morelia) accompanies me, as I have always said, at work and at all times she is always by my side, accompanying me, because that way we perform more, we work for two.”
The current mayor of the capital declared that he has already submitted the documentation for registration and declared himself a defender of the law, in addition to pointing out how important it was to attend the PRD facilities.
“We delivered the documentation, but for me it was very important to come to their offices to express my aspiration to be able to register as a pre-candidate for the municipal presidency with the aspiration of achieving the candidacy for the municipal presidency of Morelia, it is the process that must be followed, I declare myself a law-abider, a person who is always observing what are the things that can be done and always taking into account what cannot be done it can be done.”
During his participation, he offered words of thanks to all the members of the PRD and recalled the struggle of the Yellow Party throughout its history in defense of democracy in Mexico.
“The PRD is a political institution that came to shake up the national political scene in 1988 in order to consolidate and take a giant step in the construction of democracy in our country and today fight alongside you to defend the democracy of our country.”
