Morelia, Michoacán. – The deputy of the tenth district, for the parliamentary representation, Marco Polo Aguirre Chávez, will seek to repeat as deputy of the same district of Morelia, as announced by the leader of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico.
Ernesto Núñez Aguilar, leader of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico, in the state, during a meeting with the media, announced that the deputy, Marco Polo, will not be running for the municipal presidency of Morelia, but he will be one of the proposals to be a candidate for the State Congress, for the Ecological Green, for the deputation of one of the districts of Morelia.
“I say it very clearly, Marco Polo we are going to propose for the tenth district, local.”
Let’s remember that this would be his third consecutive term as a representative of the State Congress, but now he will be under the shelter of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM), leaving aside the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI).
Marco Polo was a local deputy for the PRI in the period from 2012 to 2015, as well as from 2018 to 2021 and from 2021 to 2024, he was also a federal deputy in the period 2015-2018, so he has been a legislator for the last 12 years.
