Cristián Castro confirmed his separation from his Argentinian girlfriend: “The story with Mariela is over”

Cristian Castro spent a summer living in Villa Carlos Paz where he fell in love with the real estate agent, Mariela Sanchez. After showing themselves in all the media and talking about marriage, the couple separated, after a trip to Mexico, where the young woman met her mother-in-law, Veronica Castro. However, after the official presentation, Cristián and Mariela put an end to the incipient courtship, amid much speculation and the Argentine began her return to the country. From Mexico, Cristián spoke to local media and confirmed the breakup: “The story is over,” He said with a smile at the questions of the reporters who were surprised. “The truth is that the situation is difficult, being a singer, it’s difficult,” Cristián repeated, not wanting to give details of what happened. Likewise, Cristián denied the rumors that claimed that the relationship ended due to excessive jealousy on the part of Mariela and clarified: “No, the truth is that she is a very good girl, and the truth is that everything was very calm. We just couldn’t take it anymore,” he explained. And he reiterated: “Unfortunately we talked about it and we ended everything well,” he concluded evasively.  For her part, Mariela also spoke on her arrival in the country and said: “I’m surprised but I don’t have to talk. He was talking next to Cristián, nothing more. Who cares about my life? I have a normal life. I was his girlfriend but I’m not interested in saying anything about him,” she began. He added: “It wasn’t easy to go to Mexico But I’m grown up too. My family has a good relationship with Cristián, they love him very much. I haven’t spoken to them yet, they don’t know anything,” he said. She also made it clear that she did not have any problems with Veronica Castro, as was claimed. He remarked that their relationship is excellent. “She’s very respectful. Barbara. She was great to me,” he said. As for the version that circulated of the artist having an affair with a girl, Mariela said: “It’s a lie. It’s old enough for girls to talk about a man. Cristian was with me 24 hours a day in Uruguay, it was impossible for him to have dated anyone. In Mexico too. They say a lot of things about him that are lies,” he said.  Finally, on the rumor that their relationship had ended because of jealousy of the singer, Sanchez said: “Any man is jealous. But I’m not going to talk about that. The recital thing is a lie. The first one was excellent, then everything was good,” he concluded.
