They premiered two new visualizers by Gustavo Cerati: “Fuerza Natural” and “Tu locura”

They premiered two new videos by Gustavo Cerati on audiovisual platforms, both from his solo career and in visualizer format: “Fuerza natural” and “Tu locura”. The song “Fuerza Natural” was the title track of their latest album, which was released in 2009, after the successful reunion of Soda Stereo. The song was composed by Gustavo together with his son Benito and singer-songwriter Adrián Paoletti. As he said, “It was the first on my list of demos and I always had it in mind as the opening of the album.” The album was recorded first at Unisono Studio, and then at two New York studios: The Looking Glass and Stratosphere Sound, with the participation of his band’s musicians and special guests. The recording featured Sterling Campbell and Fernando Samalea (drums), Gonzalo Córdoba (acoustic guitar and mandolin), Didi Gutman (organ), Anita Alvarez de Toledo (backing vocals) and Leandro Fresco (backing vocals and programming). Cerati was in charge of vocals, guitars, keyboards, basses and programming. As for the song “Tu locura”, it was the bonus track on the compilation “Canciones elegidas 93-04”, which came out in 2004 and brought together material from his solo career up to that date. It was Cerati’s first compilation, made to support his European tour. He included this unreleased song, which had been composed for the television series “Locas de amor”, with Leticia Brédice, Julieta Díaz and Soledad Villamil. As he commented in this regard, “The list of songs is a mix between my personal taste and the response they achieved in the public, two criteria that sometimes coincide and sometimes not”. This release marks a continuity in the plan to release two videos per month, new pieces corresponding to different songs included in their celebrated five studio albums (“Amor amarillo”, “Bocanada”, “Siempre es hoy”, “Ahí vamos” and “Fuerza natural”). The idea is to highlight Cerati’s complete solo work, so videos from different albums will be combined monthly, all made by Nico Bernaudo, audiovisual designer in Gustavo Cerati’s shows since 2004 and also in the historic tour of the trio “Me Verá Volver”, in 2007, as well as director of the Soda Stereo visualizers released in 2021.
