Layda exhibits audio of Alito Moreno despite judge’s ban

Layda Sansores, governor of Campeche, again exhibited an audio of Alejandro Moreno Cárdenas, leader of the PRI, despite the fact that there is a ban by a federal judge.
Sansores argued that the publication of the audio is done in a personal capacity and not as a public servant.
The governor wrote on her Twitter account that the judge’s ruling does not prohibit her from expressing her opinion personally, as long as she does not use her government’s official channels to do so.

“For the above, I make this video public on my personal social networks,” he tweeted.

Alejandro Cárdenas obtained a definitive suspension so that the governor of Campeche, Layda Sansores, cannot make publications against him.

Judge Gabriel Regis López, of the Sixteenth District Court in Administrative Matters in Mexico City, granted the measure while the amparo trial is resolved on the merits.
“The definitive suspension requested with respect to the claimed acts specified in the first result is granted, for the reasons set forth in the last recital of this resolution,” the resolution reads.
According to the judge’s criteria, the acts claimed are “the statements, statements and comments referring to the complaining party, sent, published and disseminated through their official social networks.”
