On Monday, Manuel Guillermo Chapman visited a school in the municipality, where he met with students and teachers.
During the event, the Mayor, known as Billy Chapman, asked a girl identified as Nancy who approached him, and began to ask him what he likes to eat, to which the girl replied that eggs and sweets.
“Do you eat many sweets?”, the Mayor told the child. At once asked his teacher, who was present, if he knew “what is the problem with this girl”.
“This girl has obesity frightening, horrible, do, you know?, he challenged Chapman to the teacher.”
In response to the questions of the Mayor, the teacher said that it is “because MOM gives the girl asks anytime.” “It’s only daughter, sheltered, that is what we have detected”.
