In regards to Mazatlan, 648,800 visitors, were received which represented an increase of 32 percent compared to 2018, causing an estimated $780 million pesos income; in comparison with the previous year, the economic income increased a 11.42, with an average occupation of 95 per cent.
The State official also reported on the operating balance to protect vacationers in the entity. In the press conference were also: Mónica Coppel, Undersecretary of planning, investment, and tourism development; Sylvia Ruiz Coppel, Undersecretary of promotion and tourism operation and Rodrigo Andrade of the Ministry of economic development of the State.
