The driver of the patrol, detailed by the municipal authorities, was turned over to Administrative Courts, “so that the relevant procedures are followed before the competent authority and responsibilities are broken.”
According to the local medium El Siglo de Torreón, until 13:30 hours of this Sunday the child under 10 years of age was reported with blows in various parts of the body and head, although it was already out of danger and could be discharged in the next hours.
In the case of the 7-year-old, his health status was reported as “very delicate”, after surgery.
“The mayor has been watching since yesterday and throughout this time of the matter, the instruction is that all the attention is given to the necessary minors, that the support of the family is given in due time and above all, that the child succeeds” , said the Secretary of the City Council, Sergio Lara Galván, according to El Siglo de Torreón.
