The National Action Party (PAN) will file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) for Morena’s alleged espionage to a WhatsApp chat in which panist leaders discussed their strategy in the case of the renewal of the LEADERSHIP of the CNDH.
Last week, Morena’s senators’ coordinator Ricardo Monreal said he had access to a conversation involving the panist national leader, Marko Cortés, and the coordinator of the white senators, Mauricio Kuri.
In these “screens” of the talks – which according to Monreal panistas lawmakers sent him – Cortés allegedly raised that the PAN would “a desmadre” to Morena because of the way Rosario Piedra was chosen to lead the CNDH, according to the opposition, without having achieved the required qualified majority.
“Morena used espionage to get a private conversation between the @SenadoresdelPAN coordinator and a server,” Marko Cortés accused on his Twitter account.
The complaint, as indicated by the PAN, will be filed at the FGR this Monday, November 11, at 09:30 hours, by Cortés and Kuri.
