New Jersey– A New Jersey man whose phone number was located in the pocket of one of the perpetrators of an attack on a Jewish market was arrested for illegal gun possession, federal authorities reported. Ahmed A-Hady, 35, a Keyport resident, was accused of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, the federal prosecutor’s office reported Saturday night. No charges have been filed that you provided any of the weapons used in last Tuesday’s massacre in Jersey City.

However, after receiving a clue about a safe, investigators searched the suspect’s home and establishment and found the weapons, including three AR-15 rifles, three pistols, a shotgun and more than 400 rounds, “among them several hollow-point bullets.”

Anderson and Graham were armed with AR-15-type rifles and a shotgun, and a homemade bomb was also found in a stolen moving van where they moved to the market. Two of the weapons used were acquired by Graham in Ohio last year, police said. But it is unknown where they got the other three.
