The Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA) granted the provisional suspension for the disqualification for 10 years, imposed by the Secretariat of the Civil Service, against the former secretary of Sedesol and Sedatu, Rosario Robles.
The TFJA’s Sixth Metropolitan Regional Chamber gave Robles reason after ruling that the suspension would “harm the applicant’s personal and professional image right”, as well as arguing that the suspension of disqualification “does not prejudice the social interest or contravene public policy”.
The resolution gives the SFP a 48-hour period to provisionally suspend disqualification.
The TFJA’s decision was shared by Robles’ daughter, Mariana Moguel.
The exelloria’s lawyers explained to Animal Político that the suspension “has the effect that there is no sanction until the resolution is signed, so it implies that there is no disqualification at the moment and that it could therefore work for the federal government.”

Robles remains on remand in the Oriente Reclusorio after the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) charged him with the alleged crime of improper exercise of the civil service, as part of the investigations of the million-dollar diversions in the case of The Master Scam.
At the end of December, Judge Isabel Cristina Porras Ordiozola decided to keep the former secretary of Sedesol on remand, following the appeal filed by her defense.
According to Robles’ lawyers, although Porras Ordiozola gave the reason to the argument that pre-trial detention against Robles, decreed by Judge Felipe de Jesús Delgadillo Padierna, it was excessive decided that the exfuncionaria should continue in prison.
