In this regard, it reiterated its commitment and willingness to always support women, and with reforms local legislators enshrine local laws on gender parity, as well as initiatives, positions and exhortations that seek at all costs to completely erase the gap in inequality between men and women and gender-based violence.
Members of the Michoacan Congress have already passed several reforms to the Law for a Free Life of Violence, as well as to the Administrative Responsibilities Act and the Electoral Code, all of the State of Michoacán.
