The Ministry of Health of the Nation reported Tuesday 7,043 new cases of coronavirus across the country, which amounts to 260,911 total infected since the beginning of the pandemic. There were 4,576 in the province of Buenos Aires and 1,200 in the city of Buenos Aires. In the AMBA, the occupancy of UTI beds is 68.6%.
In the interior of the country, Chaco had 69 cases, Chubut 6, Córdoba 148, Corrientes 2, Entre Ríos 35, Jujuy 318, La Rioja 1, Mendoza 148, Misiones 1, Neuquén 7, Río Negro 187, Salta 72, San Juan 1, Santa Cruz 29, Santa Fe 155, Santiago del Estero 20, Tierra del Fuego 42 and Tucumán 30.In the evening report, there were 220 new deaths that added to the 21 reported this morning are 241 in a day. The total death toll is 5,004.
Of the 223 deaths, 104 were men: 90 residents in the province of Buenos Aires; 11 residents in the City of Buenos Aires; 1 residents in Entre Ríos province; 1 residents in Rio Negro province and 1 resident in Tierra del Fuego province. 116 were women: 93 residents in the province of Buenos Aires; 13 residents in the City of Buenos Aires; 1 residents in Chaco province; 1 resident in the province of Entre Ríos; 3 residents in the province of Córdoba; 1 resident in the province of Mendoza; 3 residents in the province of Río Negro and 1 resident in the province of Santa Fe.
