Morelia, Michoacán.- The mayor of Morelia, Raúl Morón Orozco, said that he will assess these days the possible return of Julisa Suárez Bucio as head of the Municipal Security Commission, this after the Attorney General’s Office (FGE) has already linked prosecution to the policemen involved in the murder of young Julio Ch.
To the media, the building noted that it initially said that the civil servant would be terminated while investigations were being carried out on the murder of the 28-year-old who lived in the Toreo Gardens colony, and by already being linked to process two people who were elements of the Morelia Police, but now that they finished assessing whether their return is possible.
“We, what we offered publicly, is that we were going to collaborate with the authorities on what we were required to do, we will continue to do so, but the investigation is already completed, now it is in the hands of the judge and we will wait for the determination, because for our part practically nothing we have to do,” Raúl Morón said.
Questioned as to whether they already have some profiles in mind in case Suárez Bucio does not return to his post, Morón Orozco said that “it will be analyzed in the time”, stressing that he will soon give more information about the fate of the management of the Morelia Security Commission.
