Over the weekend, lollapalooza Chile’s organization confirmed that its 2020 version will not be completed this year due to the pandemic.
The tenth installment of the music festival was initially postponed for November 26, 27 and 28, 2021, although it would initially be done on the first days of April. However, through social networks, Lollapalooza Chile stated that “tickets already purchased are fully valid”.
“We were happy and eager to bring them once again a memorable show and share the energy,” they mention on their social media, inviting them to keep tickets for postponed delivery.
The text also notes that for the re-editiond version there will be a new lineup, which would be different from this year’s planned one, which included Guns N’ Roses, The Strokes, King’s Wool, Gwen Stefani, among others.
For those who are unable to attend, they will be able to request a refund between September 11 at no other day and October 12 when they enter the www.puntoticket.com/lollapalooza page, where they must click on the “Ask for your return” box.
This will start the full-price refund process for entry, including the service charge, which should be received within a maximum of 25 business days.
